Third Floor The third floor, arguably the most ostentatious of all levels within the Ministry, houses the seat of power within wizarding Britain. The Department of Magical Law Enforcement greets visitors when they step off the elevators, leading further down the grand hallways to the Wizengamot and finally the Minister's and his cabinet's offices.
